As a matter of fact, social media marketing is all about delivering messages that others find value in and are influenced to either become engaged in discussion or share your message/content. The proper approach to social media marketing is:

- Promptly respond to questions, comments, and concerns
- Reenforce brand awareness or company core values
- Be consistent, creative, and courteous

Most Recent Social Media Management Project
This employer had an ineffective facebook business page. Their initial presence only displayed links back to their homepage with no links to optimized pages. Additionally, they did not utilize images to convey a relevant message. Images combined with a short description / status update generate more attention and interest than mere links alone. My objective was to revise their presence and increase their engagement with links back to optimized landing pages, home page and relevant locations related to the posts.
